The Town will:

• Work with businesses to carry out construction in a way that balances the speed of the work with an acceptable amount of disruption.
  • There’ll be direct communication between the Town & construction team with those affected.
• Ensure business continuity:
  • We’ll keep pedestrian & delivery access open for businesses & residences.
  • Temporary access will be provided during construction.
  • Water & sewer services will continue throughout construction, except for minor disruptions of 1-2 hours when temporary services are installed & removed.
  • Construction impacts avoided/minimized where possible.
• Understand the needs of businesses; work cooperatively to maintain function during construction.
• Improve curb appeal & transitions between public and private spaces after construction.
