Welcome to the Town of Okotoks Social Needs and Priorities community survey; thank you taking the time to provide valuable feedback - your voice is vital to this project.

The goal of the Okotoks Social Needs Assessment is to understand the key social needs and priorities in our community. We aim to create shared strategies and actions that will improve social well-being for everyone in Okotoks today and in the future. Since August, we’ve been meeting with people from different groups, including youth, seniors, local organizations, and interested people like you, to learn more about social needs in Okotoks.

This survey represents the end of phase 2, where we’ve identified key community priorities through direct community engagement and data analysis. This survey will help us move into phase 3, where we will develop strategies and actions by:

1. Hearing from you about the assessed priorities and how they may be showing up in your lives.
2. Identifying great ways to start strategy and action development based on your input.

The information provided through this Survey is protected by the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will not be shared. It will be used for only the intended purpose. This survey is designed to be anonymous and you do not need to provide any identifiable information. Please know that all your answers are completely confidential and anonymous. We won’t ask for your name, and we will make sure that no identifiable information provided will be shared.
