We Want To Hear From You!

Community Priorities Survey launching March 31 — watch your mailbox

Residents are invited to take part in the 2025 Community Priorities Survey — this is your chance to share feedback on Town programs, services and amenities.

“All of our planning starts with listening to our residents,” said Elaine Vincent, Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Okotoks. “This survey is one of the most direct ways the community can help guide Council’s decisions and ensure our services reflect what people truly value.”

Starting the week of March 31, residents are encouraged to check their mailboxes for a postcard with instructions for taking the survey. Either text "Okotoks" to the phone number provided, or scan the QR code to receive the survey link via text. Some residents may also receive a phone call from TellCityHall, the Town’s survey provider. If contacted, residents can choose to receive a secure survey link by text message or email.

The survey is open until April 25, 2025, and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and only aggregated results will be shared with Council to help guide planning, budgeting and service delivery priorities.

As a thank-you, everyone who completes the survey can enter to win a $150 gift certificate to a local Okotoks business of their choice.

Your voice matters — the more residents who take part, the better the Town can align its priorities with community needs.

Please note, the QR code in the image below is a mock-up. Residents will need to scan the QR code on the physical postcard that arrives in their mailbox to access the survey link.
