The Town of Okotoks has started the process of developing a 5-year Tourism Strategy & Action Plan that will guide tourism management and sustainable tourism development for years to come.

The goal is to enhance the visitor economy while preserving the town's unique charm, fostering community pride and shaping a future that benefits everyone. Tourism development is a key objective in the Town’s Economic Development Strategic Plan; the Town would like to develop the tourism sector to strengthen local economy, create jobs and showcase what makes Okotoks such a special place.

The Town is seeking community input to make sure that the Strategy & Action plan reflects the character, values and voices of Okotoks residents. We need your input!
